Job summary

BELFOR is seeking an Intermediate Water Damage Specialist to head the water damage team on residential and small commercial losses. You will apply IICRC water and mold standards, manage equipment, and document moisture distribution.

This role includes mentoring basic technicians and coordinating multiple losses with temporary workers. The position requires 12 months of basic water damage experience with BELFOR or equivalent, and participation in at least 25 water damage projects.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of IICRC S500 Water Damage Standard.
• Knowledge of IICRC S520 Mold Remediation Standard.
• Current IICRC WRT designation.
• Experience supervising small crews (up to 10 people).
• English language literacy and fluency.

Responsibilities

• Direct the water damage team and ensure use of appropriate PPE.
• Review project requirements, document progress, and inform managers of challenges.
• Provide field documentation, photos, charts, and sketches for projects.
