Job summary

BELFOR Holdings Inc. is hiring a Water Damage Specialist at an intermediate level to lead a residential and small commercial water damage team. You will apply IICRC practices, supervise crews, and manage moisture assessment and documentation on multiple losses.

Ideal candidates have 12 months of Basic Water Damage experience with BELFOR or equivalent, and proficiency with moisture meters, IR cameras, and related equipment. Some travel and after-hours work may be required.

Qualifications

• 12 months of experience in the Basic Level of Water Damage BELFOR or equivalent standard experience in the sector.
• Direct participation in at least 25 water damage projects.

Responsibilities

• Receive instructions from Supervisor and direct teams in PPE usage.
• Review daily project requirements and document progress for managers.
• Provide field documentation, photos, charts and sketches for projects.
• Perform daily vehicle safety and maintenance inspections.
• Adhere to BELFOR standards to safeguard client property.
• Demonstrate strong customer service and professional demeanor.
• Travel and night/weekend work may be required.
• Accurately log time and equipment usage; attend necessary training.
