BELFOR is seeking an Intermediate Water Damage Specialist to lead the water damage team on residential and small commercial losses. You will apply IICRC standards, manage equipment like moisture meters and extraction systems, and mentor junior technicians while coordinating projects.

The role requires 12 months in Basic Water Damage with BELFOR or equivalent and experience on at least 25 projects, with a strong focus on safety, documentation, and customer service.

Formación

• 12 months of experience in Basic Water Damage with BELFOR or equivalent.
• Participation in at least 25 water damage projects.
• Familiarity with IICRC standards and moisture/mapping tools.
• Ability to supervise small crews and document work clearly.
• Excellent customer service, safety, and time-management.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the water damage team and ensure proper PPE usage.
• Review project requirements, document progress, and report to managers.
• Provide field documentation, photos, charts, and sketches.
• Inspect vehicle safety and maintain equipment in good condition.
• Travel at times and work nights/weekends as needed.
• Attend BELFOR operations and safety trainings.
