BELFOR is seeking an intermediate Water Damage Specialist who will lead a residential and small commercial water damage team. You will apply IICRC standards, operate water extraction and drying equipment, and supervise up to 10 crew members on multiple losses.

Responsibilities include assessing moisture, documenting findings, coordinating with supervisors, and maintaining equipment, while ensuring safety and timely communication with management and customers.

Qualifications

• Must have 12 months of experience in the Basic Level of Water Damage or equivalent
• Must have participated in at least 25 water damage projects
• Demonstrated knowledge of IICRC standards and field practices

Responsabilités

• Direct the water damage team and ensure proper PPE
• Review project requirements and document progress
• Provide field documentation, photos, charts and sketches for projects
• Perform daily vehicle safety inspections and maintain equipment
• Adhere to BELFOR standards to protect property
• Maintain strong customer service and work under time constraints
• Occasionally travel, nights and weekends may be required
• Record time worked and materials used
• Attend safety trainings and BELFOR operations
