BELFOR and BELFOR Franchise Group are seeking an intermediate Water Damage Specialist to lead a residential and small commercial losses team. You will apply IICRC standards, manage moisture measurements, and document drying goals while supervising field personnel.

The role requires knowledge of water/mold remediation, equipment operation, and the ability to travel and work flexible hours. Join BELFOR to support complex restoration projects and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of IICRC S500, S520 standards and WRT designation.
• Familiarity with BELFOR Water Damage Book guidance.
• Experience supervising small crews and documenting drying goals.
• English language literacy and fluency.

Responsibilities

• Direct teams and ensure proper PPE usage.
• Review project requirements, document progress and report to managers.
• Provide field documentation, photos, charts and sketches for projects.
• Inspect vehicle safety and maintain equipment.
• Comply with BELFOR standards to safeguard property.
• Travel nights and weekends may be required.
• Timekeeping and equipment usage reporting.
• Attend operations and required training sessions.
