Job summary

BELFOR is seeking an intermediate Water Damage Specialist to lead the water damage team on residential and small commercial losses. You will apply IICRC standards, supervise equipment use, and mentor junior technicians across multiple projects.

Strong customer service, documentation, and ability to work nights or weekends will be required. This role involves travel as needed and ongoing safety training per BELFOR policies.

Qualifications

• 12 months of experience in Basic Water Damage.
• At least 25 water damage projects participated.
• Familiarity with BELFOR Water Damage Book.
• English language literacy and fluency.

Responsibilities

• Direct the teams in the use of the right PPE for the job.
• Review the daily requirements of projects, document progress and notify managers of progress and challenges encountered.
• Provide appropriate field documentation, photographic records, charts and sketches for various projects.
• Perform daily inspections of vehicle safety and maintenance and keep these clean and in perfect conditions of use.
• Travel and work at night and during weekends may be required.
