Job summary

BELFOR Property Restoration is seeking an intermediate Water Damage Specialist to lead the water damage team for residential losses and small commercial projects, applying IICRC standards and operating water extraction and moisture-detection equipment. You will document moisture extent and supervise field personnel in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of IICRC Water Damage and Mold standards.
• Active WRT designation and familiarity with BELFOR procedures.
• Ability to read sketches, moisture logs and moisture goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead water damage team on residential and small commercial losses.
• Direct PPE use and project documentation with photos and charts.
• Inspect vehicles and maintain safety and equipment standards.
• Supervise small crews and coordinate field operations.
• Travel nights/weekends as required and report time/equipment usage.
