Job summary
Consor, a leading engineering firm, seeks an experienced Pipeline Conveyance Lead to drive planning, design, and delivery of municipal water, wastewater, and reclaimed water projects across Central Texas. This leadership role blends technical excellence with mentorship and business development.
You will guide multidisciplinary teams, develop hydraulic models and construction plans, coordinate with agencies and utilities, and manage scope, schedule, and budget while advancing Consor's water
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering or related field.
- PE license required; state licensure preferred.
- 10+ years in planning, design, and delivery of water/wastewater conveyance projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, analysis, design, and delivery of municipal water, wastewater, and reclaimed water conveyance projects.
- Serve as technical lead and engineer of record for pipeline infrastructure projects.
- Manage multidisciplinary project teams across civil, structural, geotechnical, electrical, and construction services.
- Develop pipeline alignments, hydraulic models, design reports, construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with municipal agencies, utility owners, permitting authorities, and stakeholders.
- Provide project management oversight: scope, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
- Mentor engineers and staff; support client relationship management and business development.
