Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related engineering.
• PE license required.
• 10+ years of experience in planning, design, and delivery of water and wastewater conveyance projects.

Aufgaben

• Lead planning, analysis, design and delivery of municipal conveyance projects.
• Serve as technical lead and engineer of record for pipeline infrastructure projects.
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams across civil, structural, geotechnical, electrical and construction services.
• Develop pipeline alignments, hydraulic models, design reports, construction plans and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with municipal agencies, utility owners, and permitting authorities.
• Provide project management oversight: scope, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Mentor and develop engineers and staff through project leadership and guidance.
• Support client relationship management and act as primary contact for municipal clients.
• Assist business development: proposals, interviews, and strategic planning.
• Participate in master planning studies and capital improvement planning.
• Work with construction teams to address design questions and field conditions.
