Consor is seeking an experienced Pipeline Conveyance Lead to support municipal water, wastewater, and reclaimed water projects across Central Texas. You will lead planning, design, and execution of large-diameter mains, pump stations, and related infrastructure while mentoring staff and supporting business development.

You will act as technical lead, oversee multi-disciplinary teams, manage budgets and schedules, and collaborate with municipal agencies and stakeholders to deliver critical water

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil, Environmental, or related engineering discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in planning, design, and delivery of water/wastewater conveyance projects.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams; proven client-relations.
• Experience leading design of large-diameter water/wastewater conveyance infrastructure.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning, analysis, design, and delivery of municipal conveyance projects from improvements to large programs.
• Serve as technical lead and engineer of record for pipeline projects ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams across civil, structural, geotech, electrical, and construction services.
• Develop pipeline alignments, hydraulic models, design reports, construction plans, specs, cost estimates.
