Job summary

Consor is seeking an experienced Pipeline Conveyance Lead to drive municipal water, wastewater, and reclaimed water infrastructure projects across Central Texas. This hybrid role combines office and field work, offering leadership over planning, design, and execution and serving as the technical lead for pipeline systems.

You will mentor engineers, manage multidisciplinary teams, develop hydraulic models, and support business development while partnering with municipal clients to deliver

Qualifications

• BS in Civil/Environmental Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive water/wastewater conveyance project experience.
• PE license required.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships with municipalities and public agencies.
• Demonstrated leadership in design of large-diameter water transmission mains and related infrastruture.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and delivery of municipal water, wastewater, and reclaimed-water conveyance projects.
• Serve as engineer of record for pipeline projects, ensuring quality deliverables and standards compliance.
• Mentor and manage civil, structural, geotechnical, electrical, and construction staff.
• Develop alignments, hydraulic models, reports, cost estimates, and technical memoranda.
• Oversee transmission mains, gravity sewers, force mains, and related appurtenances; coordinate with agencies and stakeholders.
• Provide project management oversight: scope, budgeting, scheduling, resources, and risk.
• Support business development and client engagement activities.
