Job summary

Consor is seeking an experienced Pipeline Conveyance Lead to support water, wastewater, and reclaimed water infrastructure projects in Central Texas. The role focuses on leading planning, design, and execution of conveyance systems, mentoring staff, and supporting business development for municipal clients.

The position requires PE licensure, a BS in Civil/Environmental Engineering, and 10+ years of progressive experience in conveyance projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil, Environmental, or related engineering discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in planning, design, and delivery of water and wastewater conveyance infrastructure projects.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary engineering teams; proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and delivery of municipal water, wastewater, and reclaimed water conveyance projects.
• Serve as technical lead and engineer of record for pipeline infrastructure projects.
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams.
• Develop pipeline alignments, hydraulic models, design reports, construction plans, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with municipal agencies, utility owners, and permitting authorities.
