Consor in Austin, Texas seeks an experienced Pipeline Conveyance Lead to guide planning, design, and delivery of municipal water, wastewater, and reclaimed water projects across Central Texas. You will mentor staff, lead technical decisions, and support business development as a trusted advisor to municipal clients.

Competenze

• Bachelor of Science in Civil, Environmental, or a related engineering discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in planning, design, and delivery of water and wastewater conveyance projects.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary engineering teams, and building relationships with municipalities and public agencies.
• Proven experience leading the design of large-diameter water transmission mains and wastewater systems.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic principles, trenchless technologies, and utility coordination.
• Hybrid office/field work environment with occasional varying conditions.

Mansioni

• Lead planning, analysis, design, and delivery of municipal conveyance projects.
• Serve as technical lead and engineer of record for pipeline projects.
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams across civil, structural, geotechnical, electrical, and construction services.
• Develop pipeline alignments, hydraulic models, design reports, and construction documents.
• Oversee transmission mains, gravity sewers, force mains, and related appurtenances.
• Coordinate with municipal agencies, utility owners, and permitting authorities.
