Job summary

Consor is seeking an experienced Pipeline Conveyance Lead to support municipal water, wastewater and reclaimed water infrastructure projects in Central Texas. You will lead planning, design and delivery, mentor staff, and help expand our water practice while serving municipal clients.

The role blends office and field work in a hybrid environment, requiring strong technical leadership, client relationship skills, and a commitment to project success and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil/Environmental Engineering.
• 10+ years planning, design and delivery of conveyance infrastructure.
• PE license.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing budgets.
• Proven client relationships with municipalities and public agencies.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic principles and trenchless tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design and delivery of municipal water, wastewater, and reclaimed water conveyance projects.
• Serve as technical lead for pipeline projects and engineer of record.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams of civil, structural, geotechnical, electrical, and construction services.
• Develop pipeline alignments, hydraulic models, design reports, and cost estimates.
• Oversee transmission mains, gravity sewers, force mains, and related appurtenances.
• Coordinate with municipal agencies and other stakeholders.
• Provide project management oversight including budgeting and scheduling.
• Mentor engineers and support professional development.
• Assist business development and client relationship management.
• Participate in master planning studies and capital improvement planning.
• Work with field teams to address design questions.
• Stay current with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
