Job summary

Consor is seeking an experienced Pipeline Conveyance Lead to support the growth of municipal water, wastewater, and reclaimed water infrastructure across Central Texas. This leadership role will manage the planning, design, and execution of complex conveyance projects, mentor staff, support business development, and serve as a trusted advisor to municipal clients.

The position offers a hybrid working arrangement between office and field environments.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil/Environmental engineering or related field.
• PE license and 10+ years in water/wastewater conveyance projects.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules and multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated success in building client relationships with municipalities and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design and delivery of municipal water, wastewater, and reclaimed water conveyance projects.
• Serve as the technical lead and engineer of record for pipeline infra projects.
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams across civil, structural, geotechnical, electrical, and construction services.
• Develop alignments, hydraulic models, design reports, construction plans, specs and cost estimates.
• Oversee transmission mains, gravity sewers, force mains, and related appurtenances.
• Coordinate with municipal agencies, utility owners, and permitting authorities.
• Provide project management oversight including scope, budget, schedule, resources and risk.
• Mentor engineers and staff; support client relationships and business development.
• Participate in master planning, condition assessments, and capital improvement studies.
• Collaborate with construction phase teams to address field questions and approvals.
