Job summary

Consor is seeking an experienced Pipeline Conveyance Lead to support municipal water, wastewater, and reclaimed water projects in Central Texas. The role involves planning, design, and execution of large-diameter transmission mains and related infrastructure, with responsibility for technical leadership and mentoring of staff.

Ideal candidates hold a BS in civil/environmental engineering, a PE license, and 10+ years of relevant experience, with a track record in client relations and project

Qualifications

• BS in Civil/Environmental or related engineering field.
• 10+ years in planning, design, and delivery of water/wastewater conveyance infra.
• PE license.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams; proven client relationships with municipalities and public agencies.
• Experience leading design of large-diameter water mains, wastewater systems, force mains, and related infra.
• Strong understanding of hydraulics, pipeline materials, trenchless tech, coordination, and constructability.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and delivery of municipal conveyance projects from small to large capital programs.
• Serve as technical lead and engineer of record for pipeline projects.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams across civil, structural, geotechnical, electrical, and construction disciplines.
• Develop alignments, hydraulic models, reports, construction plans, specs, cost estimates, and memos.
• Oversee design of transmission mains, gravity sewers, force mains, and related appurtenances.
• Coordinate with municipalities, utility owners, permitting authorities, and stakeholders.
