Consor seeks an experienced Pipeline Conveyance Lead to manage planning, design, and execution of municipal water, wastewater, and reclaimed water conveyance projects across Central Texas. Qualifications

• BSc in Civil, Environmental, or a related engineering discipline.
• 10+ years in planning, design, and delivery of water and wastewater conveyance infrastructure projects.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary engineering teams; proven client relationship management.
• Demonstrated leadership in the design of large-diameter water mains, sewer systems and related utility infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of hydraulics, trenchless technologies, utility coordination, and constructability.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning, analysis, design, and delivery of municipal water, wastewater, and reclaimed water conveyance projects.
• Serve as the technical lead and engineer of record for pipeline infrastructure projects.
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams across civil, structural, geotechnical, electrical, and construction services.
• Develop pipeline alignments, hydraulic models, design reports, construction plans, specs, cost estimates, and memoranda.
• Oversee the design of transmission mains, gravity sewers, force mains, and associated appurtenances.
• Coordinate with municipal agencies, utility owners, permitting authorities, and stakeholders.
• Provide project management oversight: scope development, budgeting, scheduling, resource planning, risk management.
• Mentor and develop engineers, EITs, and technical staff through leadership and training.
• Support client relationship management and act as primary contact for municipal clients.
• Assist with business development, including proposals and interviews.
• Participate in master planning studies, condition assessments, and capital improvement planning.
• Collaborate with construction phase teams to address questions and review field conditions.
• Stay current with evolving industry standards and technologies in water conveyance.
