The role includes risk management, client relations, and staff development to elevate HDR’s WTEM offerings.

The position requires a minimum 10 years in related fields, relevant professional registration, and a proven track record in leading diverse teams in a professional services setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Business Class or Professional Services leadership role.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor technical leaders.
• Strong collaboration with HDR leadership and operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide company-wide leadership of technical capabilities within the business class.
• Build relationships with related business classes, market sectors and operations.
• Lead technical risk management and ensure QA/QC processes.
• Oversee development of tools, standards and techniques to enhance service quality.
