Role requires a minimum of 10 years in the field, professional registration, and demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and mentor engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in related field.
• Professional registration (Architect/Engineeering) for leadership roles.
• Experience leading diverse teams and collaborating with executives.

Responsibilities

• Provide company-wide leadership of technical capabilities within the business class.
• Coordinate with related business classes, market sectors, and operations.
