Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in related field.
• Maintain professional registration and related technical experience.
• Experience in development and management of diverse teams.
• Works cooperatively with other HDR business class directors, operations managers, technical directors and marketing managers on business class efforts.
• Committed to quality, HDR values and employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide company-wide leadership of technical capabilities within the business class.
• Lead technical risk management and QA processes across the program.
• Develop strategic plans with market sector directors and leadership at multiple levels.
• Mentor technical leaders and oversee staff assignments and workload.
• Oversee staffing and use of worksharing across projects.
• Engage with industry and university programs to advance capabilities.
