Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in related field.
• Professional/Architecture/Engineering registration for leadership in technical design.
• Experience developing and managing diverse teams.
• Collaborative with other HDR leaders on business class efforts.

Responsibilities

• Provide company-wide leadership of technical capabilities within the business class.
• Lead technical risk management and ensure quality assurance.
