Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• Professional registration (PE/RA) is required for leadership roles involving technical design.
• Experience leading diverse teams and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide company-wide leadership of technical capabilities within the business class.
• Coordinate with related business classes, market sectors, and operations.
• Lead risk management and ensure quality assurance across projects.
