Job summary

HDR is seeking a WTEM Business Class Director to lead wastewater treatment and effluent management initiatives across HDR’s broad network. You will steer technical capabilities, workforce development, and strategic planning to deliver high-impact projects for clients and communities.

You will mentor senior technical leaders, coordinate with market sectors, and guide risk management and quality assurance to ensure successful delivery of multi-discipline programs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large, multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong background in delivery of complex technical projects.
