Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in related field.
• Professional registration for technical design leadership with related experience.
• Experience developing and managing diverse teams.
• Ability to collaborate with other business class directors, operations managers and marketing managers.

Responsibilities

• Provide company-wide leadership of technical capabilities within the business class.
• Build close working relationships with related business classes, market sectors, business groups and operations.
• Lead technical risk management through process and resource reviews and advisory services.
• Drive quality assurance and control in coordination with the WBG Quality Manager.
• Oversee development and application of technical tools, standards and techniques.
• Oversee staffing and effective use of worksharing across projects.
• Develop strategic plans with market sector directors and provide input to leadership.
• Lead applied research engagement and industry relationships to advance WTEM capabilities.
• Mentor technical leaders and support client development and project pursuits.
• Represent HDR in industry organizations and participate in publications and events.
