HDR is seeking a WTEM Business Class Director to lead the Wastewater and Effluent Management program. You will guide technical capabilities, risk management, and staff development across HDR’s wastewater initiatives, engaging with market sectors and operations.

The role requires strategic oversight, client engagement, and a commitment to HDR’s employee-owned culture and industry leadership as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or closely related field is required.
• Experience leading diverse teams and managing complex initiatives.

• Provide company-wide leadership of technical capabilities within the business class.
