Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in related field.
• Registration as a professional or Architecture/Engineering is required for leadership roles.
• Experience developing and managing diverse teams.
• Ability to work cooperatively with other HDR leaders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide company-wide leadership of technical capabilities within the business class.
• Coordinate with related business classes, market sectors and operations.
• Lead technical risk management and quality assurance activities.
• Drive development of technical tools, standards and techniques.
• Oversee staffing and staff development across projects.
• Develop strategic plans with market sector directors and leadership.
• Lead research and university collaborations to advance WTEM capabilities.
• Foster collaboration across offices and groups to meet goals.
• Oversee PARR process and related reviews.
