HDR is seeking a WTEM Business Class Director to lead wastewater treatment and effluent management programs. You will direct multi-disciplinary teams, manage complex projects, and collaborate with market sectors and operations to deliver value to clients.

You will mentor technical leaders, drive strategy, and support business development while maintaining HDR’s employee-owned culture and ethical commitments. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in related field.
• Professional or Architecture/Engineering registration for technical leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide company-wide leadership of technical capabilities within the business class.
• Coordinate with related business classes, market sectors, and operations.
• Lead technical risk management and ensure quality assurance across projects.
