Job summary

HDR is seeking a WTEM Business Class Director to lead the Wastewater and Effluent Management program, directing technical capabilities, staffing, and risk management across HDR projects. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with market sectors, operations, and marketing to advance HDR’s wastewater solutions.

You will mentor technical leaders, participate in client development, and drive strategic initiatives while maintaining HDR's employee-owned culture and high standards of quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in related field.
• Professional or Architecture/Engineering registration for leadership roles where core service is technical design.
• Experience leading diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide company-wide leadership of technical capabilities within the business class.
• Build relationships with related business classes, market sectors, and operations.
• Lead technical risk management and ensure quality processes across HDR.
