Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or a closely related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a related field.
• Professional or Architecture/Engineering registration required for leadership roles overseeing technical design.
• Experience leading diverse teams.
• Ability to work cooperatively with HDR business class directors and managers on business class efforts.
