Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or a closely related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in a related field.
Professional or Architecture/Engineering registration required for leadership roles overseeing technical design.
Experience leading diverse teams.
Ability to work cooperatively with HDR business class directors and managers on business class efforts.

Responsibilities

Provide company-wide leadership of technical capabilities within the business class.
Coordinate with related business classes, market sectors, and operations.
Lead technical risk management and ensure quality assurance.
Oversee staff assignment and staffing; effective use of worksharing.
Engage in client development and project pursuits; mentor technical leaders.
