Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Wastewater to drive revenue and market share across the Western United States. This remote-based role partners with reps, end users, and consultants to position our product line effectively and manage P&L for the assigned portfolio.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Process, Production, and Field Services to meet customer needs, develop selling strategies, and ensure on-time, on-budget launches while adhering to ISO-9001:2015 standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 5+ years of relevant industrial product sales experience.
• Preference for a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Promote the product line with reps to drive pre-selection wins with strong positionings.
• Provide sales support to reps, end users, and consultants on applications and pricing.
• Develop product-specific selling strategies and monitor competitive intelligence.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Process, Production, Field Services to fulfill customer needs.
• Manage project profitability and participate in customer presentations as needed.
• Ensure ISO-9001:2015 compliance in development and launches.
