Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for wastewater technologies. This remote role covers the Western United States, with up to 50% overnight travel and a focus on growing revenue and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Promote the product line with reps to drive pre‑selection wins with strong positioning.
• Provide sales support to reps, end users, and consultants on applications and pricing.
• Develop product‑specific selling strategies and monitor competitive intelligence.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Field Services and Installation teams to meet customer needs.
• Manage project profitability in line with SSI norms and participate in sales presentations.
• Support on‑time, on‑budget development and launch of innovative solutions.
