Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Wastewater segment. This remote role covers the Western United States, working to grow revenue, market share, and profitability with channel partners and end customers.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Marketing to design and position solutions, manage P&L for your products, and drive year-over-year growth within ISO-9001:2015 compliant processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years outside sales experience in water/wastewater treatment and solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of blower systems or related industrial equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote product lines with reps to drive pre-selection wins using spec positioning.
• Provide sales support to reps, end users, and consultants on specs and pricing.
• Develop product-specific selling strategies and monitor competitive intelligence.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Marketing to meet customer needs.
