Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a professional, architecture, engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a related field.
• Professional/Architecture/Engineering registration preferred for leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate WTEM(Wastewater & Effluent Mgmt) technical capabilities.
• Manage risk, QA/QC, and project staffing across HDR.
• Mentor technical leaders and oversee client engagement & proposals.
