Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or a closely related field is required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a related field.
• Professional registration in Architecture/Engineering is required for leadership roles.
• Experience leading diverse, multi-discipline teams.
• Active participant in HDR's employee-owned culture is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide company-wide leadership of technical capabilities within the business class.
• Coordinate with related business classes, market sectors and operations.
• Lead technical risk management and claims prevention activities.
• Drive QA/QC processes and monitor emerging technologies.
• Oversee staff assignments and strategic staffing for projects.
• Support client development, proposals, and industry engagement.
• Mentor technical leaders and oversee staff development.
• Represent HDR in industry organizations and functions.
