Job summary

You will sell the full suite of Republic Services products, including waste and recycling services, and manage relationships with decision-makers.

If you have 2+ years of direct sales experience and a valid driver's license, you can contribute to growing revenue while representing a trusted leader.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of direct selling experience in a customer-facing role.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify viable leads and acquire new commercial and recycling business to meet revenue goals.
• Follow up on leads within 2 hours and document next steps in Salesforce.
• Deliver sales presentations to prospective clients and close deals.
• Schedule cold calls and set initial appointments with decision-makers.
• Maintain market awareness and advise on service offerings to grow revenue.
• Prepare paperwork and reports in a timely manner per company policy.
