Job summary

Veolia Environnement SA is seeking a detail-oriented Waste Documentation Coordinator to ensure all manifested waste paperwork is received, accurate, and compliant with state and federal regulations. You will support operations, transport teams, and billing to resolve discrepancies quickly.

The role emphasizes AS400 data entry, attention to regulatory detail, and strong communication with internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience using AS400 and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Receive paperwork for manifested waste and ensure accuracy.
• Prepare internal paperwork to enable timely off-loading.
• Perform QA/QC on manifests and regulatory forms for compliance.
• Sign, date and distribute manifests according to regulations.
• Resolve load and manifest discrepancies promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate with billing to ensure receipts are released on time.
• Interact with waste tracking and billing to verify data.
• Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers.
• Develop understanding of applicable regulations and site capabilities.
• Ensure AS400 data is complete for regulatory reporting.
• Other duties as assigned.
