Job summary

Veolia in North America is seeking a Waste Tracking Coordinator in Arkansas to support accurate processing of inbound waste shipments. You will coordinate with receiving personnel and security to track shipment status and verify documentation, entering data into facility systems.

Responsibilities include organizing manifests, submitting hazardous waste information, and maintaining destruction certificates and billing records with attention to detail and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 3–6 months clerical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with receiving personnel and security to track shipment status.
• Review generator, transporter, shipment, and manifest information for accuracy.
• Enter weights and locations in facility systems and maintain records.
