Job summary

Veolia Environnement SA in North America is seeking a Waste Tracking Coordinator to support accurate processing and recordkeeping of inbound waste shipments. You will work with receiving personnel and security to track shipment status and ensure documentation is complete.

Responsibilities include reviewing manifests, entering weights, maintaining records, tracking hazardous waste shipments, and organizing documentation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree in a related field preferred.
• 3 to 6 months clerical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with receiving personnel and security to communicate shipment status and support timely movement of loads.
• Review generator, transporter, shipment, and manifest information for accuracy before records are finalized.
• Verify receiving details, including weights and locations, are accurately entered into facility systems.
• Document rejected shipments and maintain tracking records.
• Track rail shipments and manage associated manifests and reporting deadlines.
• Scan, organize, and maintain manifests and supporting shipment documentation.
• Submit required hazardous waste manifest information and resolve submission errors or discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain certificates of destruction and related records.
• Research missing documentation and support timely completion of billing records.
• Organize, file, and archive shipment and job records per company procedures.
