Job summary

Halter is seeking a Territory Manager for Washington to drive new business growth and ensure customer success across the state. You will own the territory, build strong relationships with ranchers, and work with cross‑functional teams to deliver Halter’s virtual fencing solutions.

You’ll travel frequently, engage with industry groups, and represent Halter at events to expand our presence in the US market.

Qualifications

• Territory management experience in agriculture or tech sales.
• Strong sales and customer-success track record.
• Experience engaging with ranchers or cattle producers.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth and achieve ambitious sales targets within Washington.
• Own the end‑to‑end customer journey from prospecting to onboarding.
• Build and maintain relationships with local agricultural groups and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and Onboarding teams to optimize Halter’s solutions.
• Represent Halter at industry events and drive market expansion.
