Job summary

Halter is seeking a Territory Manager for the US Northwest Missouri region, driving new business growth, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring ongoing success of Halter’s virtual fencing technology. You will travel regularly within your territory, engage with cattle associations, and collaborate with Product, Support and Onboarding teams to maximize value for farmers.

You will own the territory end-to-end—from prospecting to onboarding—while contributing to the US sales strategy

Qualifications

• Proven sales success in B2B agriculture/tech is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage a large geographic territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new business, attend local cattle events, and build the pipeline.
• In-field sales on ranches, coffee chats, and pasture visits to demonstrate Halter value.
• Expand relationships with existing customers and unlock upsell opportunities.
• Meet and exceed ambitious growth targets and manage current deals with forward planning.
• Maintain high-touch account management post-sale for onboarding and adoption.
