Job summary

Halter seeks a Territory Manager to drive new business and ensure customer success across the West US, including North Dakota. You will prospect, manage key accounts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy Halter’s virtual fencing solutions on farms and ranches.

You’ll travel frequently to meet customers, attend industry events, and expand Halter’s presence in the local agricultural community.

Qualifications

Experience in managing a large territory and building long-term customer relationships.
Proven track record in new business development and achieving sales targets.
Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

Prospect and build new business in the West US territory.
In-field sales with customers at ranches, auctions, and industry events.
Expand existing opportunities and manage the sales pipeline end-to-end.
Hit ambitious sales targets and maintain momentum across months.
Own customer accounts from first contact through onboarding and deployment.
Collaborate with Product, Support, and Customer Onboarding teams to gather field insights.
Represent Halter at industry events to generate leads and deepen relationships.
Help shape the US sales strategy with feedback from the field.
