Job summary

Halter is seeking a Territory Manager for the US, focused on growing new business and ensuring customer success across ranches and farms. You will represent Halter on the ground, build relationships, and drive adoption of our virtual fencing technology across your designated territory.

You’ll work closely with Product, Support, and Onboarding teams, travel frequently, and own the full customer lifecycle from prospecting to deployment, while contributing to the US sales strategy.

Qualifications

• Results-driven and proactive communication with customers and internal teams.
• Experience in ranching or cattle operations to connect with clients.
• Background in sales and building lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting new business and building a local pipeline.
• In-field sales and on-site ranch visits to demo Halter solutions.
• Expand existing opportunities and upsell to current customers.
• Hit ambitious sales targets and manage deals end-to-end.
• Account management to ensure ongoing satisfaction post-sale.
• Own a territory and engage with regional agricultural groups.
• Onboarding customers and ensuring smooth deployment.
• Gather field insights and feed back to product/support.
• Collaborate with support teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Attend industry events to generate leads and relationships.
• Contribute to US sales strategy as the team scales.
