Job summary

Halter, the leading provider of virtual fencing technology, is seeking a Territory Manager to drive new business growth and ensure customer success across the US. You’ll own the day-to-day sales process, build relationships with ranchers, attend industry events, and collaborate with product and onboarding teams.

This role covers the North East region of Wyoming and requires frequent travel to engage with customers, prospects, and industry groups while representing Halter in the field.

Qualifications

• Driven attitude and strong communication skills.
• Experience in ranching or cattle operations is helpful.
• Proven history in sales and building customer relationships.
• Experience managing a large territory in agriculture or tech.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting new business and building a local pipeline.
• In-field sales and customer meetings on ranch settings.
• Expand existing opportunities and upsell.
• Hit sales targets and manage current deals and next-month forecasts.
• Own the territory and build relationships with local agricultural groups.
• Coordinate onboarding and deployment with cross-functional teams.
• Attend industry events to generate leads.
