Job summary

Halter is seeking a Territory Manager to drive new business and customer success across Washington State. You will be the in-market ambassador, building relationships with ranchers and agricultural groups, while coordinating with Product, Support, and Onboarding teams to ensure value realization from Halter’s virtual fencing technology.

As the primary field representative, you’ll own the sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding, travel frequently within your territory, and contribute to

Qualifications

Results-driven and adaptable with strong communication.
Ranching or cattle operations experience.
Sales and customer-success track record.
Territory management experience in agriculture or tech.

Responsibilities

Prospecting new business and outbound lead generation.
In-field sales on ranches with customer meetings.
Expand existing opportunities and upsell with Halter.
Hit sales targets and manage today’s deals while planning for next month.
Customer onboarding and smooth handoff to deployment.
Collaborate with Support and Product teams to gather feedback.
Attend industry events to generate leads and deepen relationships.
