Job summary

Halter is seeking a Territory Manager in Washington to drive new business growth and ensure customer success across a defined region. You will execute sales strategies, cultivate relationships with ranchers, and meet ambitious growth targets while serving as Halter’s in-market representative.

You will be on horseback or in the field, building a pipeline, closing deals, and managing post-sale onboarding. Frequent travel within WA is expected as Halter expands its US footprint.

Qualifications

• Driven, results-oriented salesperson with strong communication skills.
• Experience building new business pipelines and managing key accounts.
• Ability to manage a large territory with a mix of hunting and farming activities.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new business and build a local pipeline in Washington.
• In-field sales and relationship-building with ranchers and agricultural stakeholders.
• Hit sales targets and manage end-to-end opportunities from discovery to closure.
• Own the territory and coordinate onboarding and deployment of Halter solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Support and onboarding teams to ensure customer success.
