Job summary

LUX Infusion is seeking a Territory Account Executive to cover the Washington area with up to 40% travel. You will own territory strategy, build high-value referral networks, and educate providers on infusion therapies and care coordination.

You should have a bachelor’s degree (or 5+ years in healthcare sales) and a proven B2B sales track record. The role offers autonomy, competitive rewards, and full benefits in a field-based position.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute a territory strategy targeting prescribers, infusion centers, clinics, and hospitals.
• Build and maintain referral partnerships with physicians, APPs, case managers, and discharge planners.
• Educate providers on LUX Infusion offerings, including IG home-based and suite-based care.
• Explain insurance reimbursement support, patient onboarding, and care coordination.
• Collaborate with clinical, intake, and operations teams to support complex cases.
• Manage pipeline using CRM with a focus on quota attainment.
• Ensure professional, consistent, and accountable provider interactions.
