LUX Infusion is seeking a Territory Account Executive to drive growth in Colorado, covering a territory with up to 40% travel. You will build strong provider relationships, educate on infusion services, and coordinate with clinical and operations teams to accelerate access to infusion therapy.

You will own the territory, manage the referral network, and execute a strategy that aligns with company goals while delivering patient-centered care and compliant, high-quality service.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years in sales.
• 3+ years of documented B2B sales success.
• Experience selling complex healthcare solutions.
• Thrives in fast-paced field-based role with face-to-face engagement.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and strategic selling skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own and execute a territory strategy targeting prescribers, infusion centers, and hospitals.
• Build and maintain referral partnerships with physicians, APPs, case managers, and discharge planners.
• Educate providers on infusion offerings and care coordination.
• Communicate support model including reimbursement, onboarding, and care coordination.
• Collaborate with clinical, intake, and operations teams to support chronic/complex cases.
• Manage pipeline activity and referral growth using CRM with quota focus.
• Maintain professionalism and accountability in provider interactions.
