LUX Infusion is seeking a Territory Account Executive to expand access to infusion care in the Washington region. You will own the territory, build provider partnerships, and educate on LUX Infusion offerings, including IG home-based and suite-based care.

This field-based role requires strong relationship skills, strategic selling, and a proven record of healthcare sales growth. Expect up to 40% travel and a competitive compensation package with benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant sales experience.
• Minimum 3 years of documented B2B sales success, preferably in healthcare.
• Proven track record of sales growth and quota attainment.
• Experience selling complex healthcare solutions (infusion therapy, biologics, DME, or home services).

Responsabilités

• Own and execute territory strategy targeting prescribers, infusion centers, clinics, and hospitals.
• Build and maintain strong referral partnerships with providers and care teams.
• Educate providers on infusion offerings including home-based and suite-based care.
• Communicate comprehensive support model including insurance and care coordination.
• Collaborate with clinical, intake, and operations teams to support complex patients.
• Manage pipeline activity and referral growth with CRM, focused on quota attainment.
• Maintain professionalism and accountability in all provider interactions.
