Job summary

LUX Infusion is seeking a Territory Account Executive to lead sales in the Dallas/E. Texas area, driving access to infusion care and building strong provider networks.

This field-based role requires ownership, purpose, and relationship-driven growth with up to 40% travel annually. You will educate providers on infusion services, coordinate patient onboarding, and work closely with clinical and operations teams to support complex cases while aiming for quota attainment and sustained territory

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or 5+ years of relevant sales experience.
• 3+ years of documented B2B sales success in healthcare, medical devices, or related fields.
• Proven track record of sales growth and quota attainment.
• Experience selling infusion therapy, specialty biologics, DME, or home clinical services.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute a territory strategy targeting prescribers, infusion centers, clinics, and hospital systems.
• Build and maintain referral partnerships with physicians, advanced practice providers, case managers, and discharge planners.
• Educate providers on LUX Infusion’s offerings, including IG home‑based and suite‑based care.
• Coordinate with internal clinical, intake, and operations teams to support chronic and complex patient cases.
• Manage pipeline activity and referral growth using CRM tools, with focus on quota attainment.
