Job summary

LUX Infusion is seeking a Territory Account Executive to lead field-based sales across the Dallas/E. Texas region with up to 40% travel.

You will own a comprehensive territory strategy, cultivate referral networks, and educate providers about infusion therapy offerings to expand patient access. Collaborating with physicians, care teams, and operations, you’ll ensure smooth patient onboarding, navigate insurance processes, and drive quota attainment with professionalism and care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of sales experience in healthcare preferred.
• 3+ years of documented B2B sales success.
• Proven track record of sales growth and quota attainment.
• Experience selling infusion therapy or healthcare solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute territory strategy covering prescribers, infusion centers, clinics, and hospitals.
• Build and maintain referral partnerships with physicians, APPs, case managers, and discharge planners.
• Educate providers on LUX Infusion offerings including IG home-based care.
• Communicate support model including insurance reimbursement and patient onboarding.
• Collaborate with clinical, intake, and operations teams to support complex cases.
• Manage pipeline activity and growth using CRM with quota focus.
• Maintain professionalism and accountability in provider interactions.
